Returns & Exchanges:

At Budding Family, we promise our items will be as impressive in person as they appear on our website. We also understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don't work out. We're more than happy to refund your purchase within 30 days with an accompanying receipt. Of course, all items must be in their original, undamaged condition. If your keepsake(s) arrived to you damaged in any way, please call, fax or email us immediately so we can arrange an exchange.
